Office clearance and office furniture removal

Not everything goes to the new premises. Old desks, cabinets, broken chairs and boxes nobody has opened for years. We clear the office so you can hand it back to the landlord.

Boxes in an empty room

When a clearance makes sense

  • you are moving into a furnished office and no longer need the old furniture,
  • your lease is ending and the premises have to be handed back empty,
  • you are downsizing and part of the equipment has to go,
  • things nobody uses any more have piled up in the basement or storage room.

What we remove

Office desks, cabinets, shelving, chairs, kitchenettes, carpets, boxes and small equipment. We take the furniture apart, carry it out and take it away. Electronics (computers, monitors, printers) need environmentally sound disposal, and computers also need secure data deletion, which we agree with you separately.

Clearance combined with the move

The most efficient option is to combine the clearance with the move. During the site visit you mark what goes to the new premises and what goes away, and everything is done on the same date. You do not have to deal with two companies and two vans.

Handing over the premises

Landlords usually want the premises empty and undamaged. After the clearance we walk through the rooms with you, so that nothing is left behind a cabinet or in the basement storage unit. We can recommend or arrange cleaning and minor repairs after the move.

Frequently asked questions

Will you also take furniture that is still usable?

Yes. Usable furniture can sometimes be passed on or donated, if you are interested. Let us know during the site visit.

Do we need to be present during the clearance?

It is enough if someone shows us at the start what goes and what stays, and takes over the premises at the end. Being present in between is not necessary.

How quickly can you clear an office?

The date depends on the scope and our current workload. We confirm it after a site visit or based on photos. If you have a fixed handover date, include it in your enquiry.

Tell us about your move

Where from, where to, roughly how many workstations and when. We reply on working days and arrange a site visit or ask for photos and a floor plan.
