Company relocation in Prague and the surrounding area
When a whole company moves, it is not just about furniture. It is about getting sales, accounting and the warehouse working again as soon as possible. That is why we plan the move in stages, according to what has to go first.
A company is not a flat
When a flat moves, one household decides where everything goes. When a company moves, it may be forty people, each with their own desk, drawer and monitor, plus archives, a kitchenette, a meeting room, printers and sometimes a storage room. Without a plan, Monday morning is spent looking for who sits where and which box holds the contracts.
That is why a company move starts with a floor plan of the new premises. Every workstation gets a number and every box a label with the same number. At the new address the movers simply read the labels and nothing is put down "somewhere for now".
What we take care of during a company move
- a visit to both premises and a proposed moving schedule,
- boxes, labels and protective materials according to the scope,
- disassembly and assembly of office furniture, desk clusters and cabinets,
- transport of archives and records in the order you decide,
- disconnecting and reconnecting computers, monitors and printers,
- removal of furniture that is not going to the new premises.
Moving in stages
Larger companies are not moved all at once. Typically the archive and storage go first, because day-to-day work does not need them, then shared areas and finally the workstations, ideally over a weekend. Each department moves at the time that hurts it least.
If your premises also operate at weekends, we arrange the move for the evening or night. We always confirm the date after the site visit, once we know how much work there is.
Prague and the surrounding area
We move within the whole of Prague and between Prague and the municipalities around it. Locations further out in Central Bohemia can be arranged depending on the date. When moving into the city centre, we plan for parking and, if needed, a reserved space for the van.

Frequently asked questions
How many people do you need for a company move?
It depends on the volume and access. A small office can be handled by a crew of two or three people in one evening, a larger company needs more people and more days. We propose the crew size after the site visit.
Can we move department by department?
Yes, moving in stages is common for larger companies. We suggest an order that costs each department as little working time as possible.
Do you also move storage rooms and shelving?
Yes, we move smaller company storage rooms, shelving and stock. For heavy machinery or special equipment we agree the approach individually, depending on what exactly is being moved.
