IT equipment and computer relocation
Furniture can be assembled any time. Computers have to start on Monday morning. During an office move we disconnect, label and transport your equipment and reconnect it at the new address.
An IT company behind the service
This office moving service is run by a company whose main business is IT and network administration. So we know what usually goes wrong during a move: unlabelled cables, a monitor plugged into the wrong computer, a printer without a driver on the new network, or internet in the new premises that only gets connected on Wednesday.
What we take care of when moving equipment
- disconnecting computers, monitors, docking stations and printers,
- labelling every item with its workstation number,
- safe packing and transport,
- reconnecting everything at the new address according to the plan and checking that it all starts,
- by arrangement, connecting to the network and printers in the new premises.
Server room and network rack
If you have your own server, NAS or network rack, the procedure needs to be agreed in advance: when what is switched off, in which order it is reconnected and who checks that services are running. We plan this part separately, together with your IT administrator if you have one.
Internet at the new premises
The most common complication is not furniture but connectivity. Getting internet installed in a new building can take several weeks. We recommend sorting it out as soon as you know the address and including it in the moving plan.

Frequently asked questions
Will you also connect the computers to the new network?
Physically connecting computers, monitors and printers is part of the move. Network, Wi-Fi or printer configuration at the new premises is agreed depending on how your IT is set up.
What if we have our own IT administrator?
Even better. We agree the procedure with them: they handle configuration and servers, we handle disconnecting, transport and reconnecting according to their instructions.
Do you move servers too?
Yes, by arrangement. A server or rack is moved separately from regular equipment, with attention to shutdown, careful handling and the order of reconnection.
Tell us about your move
Where from, where to, roughly how many workstations and when. We reply on working days and arrange a site visit or ask for photos and a floor plan.
